We didn’t have any body wash in our bathroom or extra toilet paper and our hairdryer was broken - they did provide it when asked. "I've have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff remembers you when you check in. From the front door men, to the checkin clerks they are all wonderful. The location is so central.
