"Very convenient to metro. Friendly staff especially the one that welcomes you with a health shot when you arrive for breakfast. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."

"I was warned before and should have listened. I was told "a great hotel, but good luck checking in". Well, my friends checked in around the corner at Hotel C and were sorted in under a minute. I, however, faced a queue of 50 MINUTES, yes, FIFTY, to check in at Royal Viking. "We'd a perfectly pleasant 3 night stay here. We had just come from 5 nights in the Arctic & so had quite a bit of baggage with us. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was due to its location near transport hubs. It is just a couple of minutes - straight across the road from the Arlanda Express stop so that worked perfectly for us.
