"Very pretty hotel and property. The scent that they had in the entryway was very overpowering. Parking was horrible, so we opted for valet which the young men were very courteous and attentive. Bathroom had black mold above the tub and dried urine on the base of the toilet which was really gross. Beautiful views from the balcony that we would have really enjoyed if it wasn't raining during our entire stay. Pool and hot tub were very nice but the hot tub was actually very small for being a high...

"Location was amazing, right across the street from seawall. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. With all that said, the humidity in the room has caused some mildew that wasn’t noticed at check in. "

"We spent one night at Lucine prior to our cruise. Room was clean and staff very helpful. It was right on the gulf with easy access to restaurants along Seawall Blvd. There wasn't really a place to sit in the room, but a large, covered courtyard with plenty of seating as well as a lounge area was convenient. I would recommend staying here to others."

"The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway "

"The building looked a little rough on the outside, especially in the front. Looks like repairs are being completed. But the room was very nice, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was outstanding. Grandkids had a great time. A negative was the sleeper bed. Kinda sparse on the padding. Not comfortable!"

"I liked the older house feel and fenced in patio area. The decor was nice and the house was clean. My party was 4 adults which was fairly comfortable, I believe 6 adults would probably not be doable. "
