"First off, we received an email a few weeks before that there was construction going on. Oh boy, it’s HUGE construction near the station, which we arrived when it was raining and dark, so it was difficult to navigate. Not hotels fault. The only hotel staff that was friendly & helpful was the one who checked us in. During our stay hubby went to check on making a wine tasting reservation, the person at the desk was no help ☹️ The neat thing about the hotel is it’s the original outside structure...

"The hotel was extremely clean and very spacious rooms. It was located in a wonderful area, 25minutes walk to the centre and easily accessible via public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the passionfruit mojitos were delicious. Would definitely recommend. "

With only a partial glass curtain for the shower it was difficult to keep water from spraying from the shower onto the floor. The indoor parking was too narrow to navigate so we opted to park outside at the back of the property. "

"I had four rooms. Everyone in my family love it. It has a great bed, pillow, big bathroom and great location. The only things that they need to improve is to add a ramp in the front for the luggage (the side walk and stair are a little hard to navigate with heavy luggage)."
