"This stay was a little different than other times. I went to check in around 2:30-2:45 and was told our room wasn’t done, which I get because check in isn’t till 4pm but as we sat there I realized those individuals were who had arrived after us were getting their rooms before us. So at about 3:45pm I went back up to see if the room was ready and I was told know. I did ask if it was going to be ready by 4pm the time of check in and was told they would try. I was asked when did I get here "

"We stayed at the Marriot to be close to the convention center. The property had parking and restaurants on site, so everything we needed was within walking distance. The rooms were nice, and the view of the city was amazing. "

"Parking was not easy, need more spaces in the Hotel area and more handicap or assisted parking. Front desk was very short and quick need to ask questions and gave one line answers."

"My daughter and I had a great time staying at at the Crossroads for our trip to Kansas City. The location was great and the restaurant, bar and pizza oven were all delicious. "

"Excellent service. They let us check in early at 11 am. Valet was great for our needs. Shower was weird--couldn't get full pressure on hot water, only cold--and bed was a bit hard but overall a great hotel and great location. "

"I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though."
