Clean and quiet at night. We had to stay an extra unscheduled night (weather related) and they were very accommodating! They said housekeepers would be in to tidy up and new towels but never saw them. By time we asked again they had gone home for the night. Front desk person handed us a bunch of stuff so all good. Breakfast was good!!

The hotel itself, the staff, and service were all great. The only complaint I had was the walls are kind of thin - could hear talking, snoring, luggage being dragged around, showering, etc from neighboring rooms.

It was a very nice room and relaxing. But the next time a youth hockey team stays there the parents need to control their kids better. There were kids running around all the floors yelling and knocking on all the doors. I went downstairs to tell the young woman behind the desk what was going on. She did her best to get the kids to stop but the parents where in the lobby eating pizza. The parents didn't care and laughed.

Awful!!
Nice hotel from the outside and lobby area, but the walls, floors, ceilings, and windows were made very thin, and you could hear EVERYTHING! We stayed there for three nights and all three nights we didn't get any sleep. We even moved to the top floor on the last night, and it was just as loud. There was a football party in lobby on the last night we stayed, and people were yelling and fighting outside in the hotel parking lot until the early morning hours without any of the hotel staff taking control of the situation. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

We rented through Expedia and paid for the room where it said pet friendly, but did not tell us that there would be a $100 nonrefundable charge for our dog. We were placed in a handicap accessible room where the bed was almost on the floor. Also, for the price of the room I would have expected better quality toilet paper than was provided. The staff was nice and it was clean. There was a hot breakfast provided.
