"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "

"I was assigned a room across the street from the main hotel. It was raining and I had to walk up steps with my suitcase, when I arrived in my room that was assigned there was somebody else’s belongings. The phone did not work to call reception so I had to walk back across the street in the rain down the steps with my luggage, back to the hotel where they seemed to not believe me that somebody else was in the room. It took a while to sort out, and I was assigned another room. It felt unsafe that...
