"The hotel is extraordinary because the staff here makes you feel like family. The hotel has been by far the best place we have stayed in. The resort is newly renovated and literally has only been open for a few months but their vision really came to life as the location is phenomenal and the amenities are absolutely stunning. "I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "
