"The hotel has a fantastic location literally adjacent to Sagrada Familia that includes a bird's eye view from their rooftop bar/terrace. The staff was friendly and professional and spoke English, which was nice for us since we do not speak Spanish very well. There were numerous food and drink options around the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Love my stay it was my birthday - on my arrival they offfered welcome drink & birthday desert cake ! Lovely stay - room was abit cold didn’t know how to figure out air con temp & there wasn’t any kitchen in the room for hot warm water to drink - they was going to charge €4 for hot water ??? Anyways the staff was helpful & friendly when I do speak to them"
