"The position of this hotel is wonderful. Some rooms have a magnificent view of the lake. Also the entrance hall is impressive. Our Room showed its age; bathroom has been remodeled; very simply furnished. Towels were greysh and looked like they had been in use for a long time. Biggest disappointment was the sauna / bath house. Visibly old, small for the size of the hotel, just two stall for hair drying, no fancy lotions.. my local YMCA looks fancy in comparison. "I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space. "

"Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Hyundai Mall down the street with excellent shopping and a McDonalds 5min walk away make this the perfect Shilla Stay!"
