"The Gaya Mini Hotel is an excellent hotel with immaculate rooms and a fabulous location. My complaint, though, which prevents me from giving 5 stars, is that there is service at all. My room wasn't cleaned at all for the second day of my stay, and there was nobody at the front desk to request a cleaning of the room. "

The staff were helpful as we asked for extra towels (only 1 in the room) and held our bags after checkout.
