"Property was great, location great however I due to difficult communications I didn’t appreciate being loudly ‘ summoned’ by an irate hotel manager and shouted at by her for taking up an extra foot in the garage especially as I (thought) I had been told this was ok….I felt very uncomfortable over what was an innocent and minor mistake. The other guest an Australian chap (nice guy) needed the space also said he felt awkward about how she dealt with it. Otherwise a wonderful place "

"Great hotel but unfortunately they stole my travel wallet . I forgot a large leather travel cas containing a lot of cash and three passports and two driver's licenses in the room safe. I called the hotel within 30 minutes and they said they would look in the room. I came back and was told they had found the passports but No Wallet!!!!! The fact that they treated us like idiots made it worse. I was forced to make a police report which wasted another hour!!!! They should have sent a manager with...

"Warm welcome by Victor the owner's son. Comfortable bedroom with private balcony. The private grounds and hotel facilities are beautifully maintained. Lovely swimming pool. On our last evening we enjoyed an excellent and memorable dinner prepared by Nancy. The hotel is a short walk away from the lively town square of Maussane with some welcoming restaurants and open-air dining. On Sunday May 19th we watched a delightful display of local horse-riding skills in the town centre."

"Estelle and her staff were super friendly. Her hard work has paid off...she has made this a paradise retreat in Provence. It was perfect to relax on the last day of vacation in the beautiful gardens and pool. The rooms were very large, well decorated, and the bed very comfortable. Thank you so much Estelle. "Great hotel and staff especially the front desk ladies who helped with all our queries and arranged for a taxi / driver for our stay. Would help if the hotel pointed out the lounge and bar area as they could benefit more use especially if you are looking to enjoy a drink before heading out of an evening. Overall would recommend this hotel as it’s ideally placed for heading into Saint Remy. "

"Le site est magnifique avec une superbe piscine et l’étang juste derrière. Le staff est très accueillant et accommodant. La nourriture n’est pas au niveau malheureusement, manque de qualité et de variété (en 5 jours 2x burgers et 2x moules frites). Peut être la seule possibilité pour un all-inclusive, mais prêt à payer plus pour plus de fraîcheurs, plus local quitte à avoir moins de choix mais plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre. "
