"The hotel is new. Fantastic! I will tell all to try this hotel. It is conveniently located. The breakfast is Japanese breakfast which is finely prepared. The fruit is extremely nice. The room is very spacious. I really wish to thank all the staff. The aircon is centralized. I understand it is due to environmental. I do not mind the slight discomfort as it provides air purifiers with act as a fan. I certainly will use again. "

"We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

Great views of Yokohama Harbour from our room ( we booked a “classy” level) which overlooked Yamashita Park. The staff were professional and very friendly. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
