"My family enjoyed our stay here. It is definitely family friendly the suit was spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium, museum, water front as well as dining. The only problem I had is that the hotel charged my card for incidentals every night of our stay and tried to charge me for one night of parking before I checked out. Which had already been taking out from the initial incidental deposit. Over all our stay was great I even decorated the suit for my daughters...

"Beautiful hotel in good location downtown. Nina at check in was very helpful and personable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy. Social hour and morning coffee were a plus. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Hotel is nice. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet. After walking quite a distance for food, I use a walker, I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good it was a bit pricey. I wish they would have had a shuttle to the neighboring hospitals. That would have been great. But it was a great choice in hotels near the hospital."

"The hotel is very convenient to PPG. The bar and restaurant are convenient as well. We've been going to this hotel for years and we've noticed a slight decline in services over the past few years. "
