"Loved the property and staff. My room was large with a nice sized balcony. The problem was that the room was way too hot and the a/c didn’t pump out cold air. I had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in all the street noise. "

"The perfect hotel to get me back and forth to the airport, shuttle bus was free and including in the price of the hotel. The restaurant attacked was beautiful the food was delicious, the hotel room was beautiful, very comfortable bed. Staff were so kind and helpful. "

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"This hotel is amazing! The staff is wonderful very helpful, the room was clean, they pick you up from the airport to the hotel in their shuttle free of charge, and for a small fee they take you from hotel to airport. I felt very safe and comfortable. "

"The property was beautiful and the room was designed so impressively. The furnishings and details were absolutely lovely. We especially liked the balcony with a view of the lake. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Excellent stay in a nice and busy part of Zurich."

"Very convenient location near the airport. we took the tram to and from the airport for 3,20CHF each way. The hotel does offer a ride to the airport for 5CHF. Comfy beds, very clean. "

"Great location, Cute atmosphere Amazing hotel lounge, delicious breakfast Spacious - three people bed room But bathroom tub was old, needs repair - drain stopper was not working properly and tub was old. Shower curtain was old too. Ventilation system was not working properly - we had to open the window."
