"My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner."

"It was a good location. I wish it had more towels, toilet paper and fans. We had one fan and it was not enough. No AC. The beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was so nice and helpful. "

"Top floor room #43 only had windows which were placed high up in a corner so although you got light entering the room, you had no view or ability to open them for fresh air. Luckily there was an AC unit. Room was big but furniture laid out strange. Staff were all very nice and helpful. "

"Estuve durante Diciembre en este hotel y la verdad que esta bastante bien por la ubicación que te ofrecen. Lo malo es el estacionamiento, esta a 10min y hay que llevarlo y tomar un taxi de regreso (que no estuvo caro, fueron $80 pesos), pero si consideramos que asi es en la mayoria de los centros históricos pues no debería ser un motivo para dejar una mala reseña.
