"Second time we stayed here. We feel safe main reason why we like to stay there and close to where we want to go. This second time the beds are NOT comfy they are super hard. Also this time there was a lot of cockroaches. Specially in the bathroom and shower area. "

"Absolutely love the staff and this hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and a memorable one. Stayed here 6 times in the last few years the staff know us by name and we know them as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome and food options are great. The bar is well equipped and convenient. They have a good sized pool as well as a terrace for events etc and have live music on the weekends Hotel is gated with security and is safe and secure. We aleways take the balcony...

"My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner."
