In general was a good stay, very good location with food options very close. Small rooms and comfortable beds. The only disappointing situation was the clogged shower drain, every time we took a shower the water would spill out of the shower. Problem was reported on day 1 and continued until our last shower on day 5.

Room service was the worst in all my years of traveling. Staff was distracted with customers needs. The menu had a few things but most of them not available due to not having ingredients and the fruit and vegitables were visibly old. The buffet always salty and dry , due to reheating.. the "juice " is really just water with no flavor.

Hotel is located in a very good location to bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I needed to print a document and the receptionist helped me by printing the document.

I like that they switch me to another room because the 1st we got was loud. Because of the train and a bar so the first night could'n sleep. But the next day I asked nicely to be moved to a different room. And they did. Thanks for that

La recepcionista al momento de realizar el check out fue muy grosera y menciono que era la supervisora. La alberca con agua muy sucia y con colillas de cigarros, no se por que si se supone que no se puede fumar. El desayuno muy descuidado se acaban los alimentos y no realizan la reposición de estos.
