Sofas are worn, carpets have holes in them, bathrooms need showers instead of baths (especially for the older) Having to walk outside to get to the pool. It also is very tired and outdated Gardens are beautiful and kept immaculate "

"At least the third time we have stayed here, though it must be 7 or 8 year’s since our last visit. Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. "This was our absolute favorite stay in Ireland. The views were just stunning! It is the cutest and coziest little cottage. The bed was comfortable. The little fire stove was perfect for the evenings. The grill was an awesome extra amenity. It was easy drives to Giants Causeway (about an hour) and to the beaches and to the mountain as well. It was the perfect getaway. It’s easy to get groceries at the shop nearby. "
