We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. "Very nice place to stay, on Arrival room was quiet cold and had to turn on rad. Forgot to turn off and room went to other extreme at nighttime. There seemed to be only one setting. We had selected this place partially because of breakfast included but in the morning we discovered that it was on continental breakfast and hot breakfast was an extra charge. "Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "
