"I stayed overnight in order to visit the local panda centre at Dujiangyan.Room was comfortable and the bed was huge.The breakfast choice was a bit overwhelming .I didn't have a chance of trying out the spa.Local policies include a 500 y deposit. The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. They wanted to check my room after asking if I had used any items from the minibar even though I had confirmed that I hadn't...

"I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund. "

"Beautiful peaceful location although a little far from town , with fantastic helpful staff .The rooms were modern and comfortable - especially liked the design of the waterfall shower .Restaurants were a little deserted in the evening . Breakfast was asian and delicious plentiful .Hotel arranged a taxi to take me directly from the airport."
