"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."

"This was one of the most family friendly hotels at which we have ever stayed. Our room was filled with small details that made it enjoyable and inviting for a family with small children. There was a step stool for brushing teeth, padding on corners for safety, and a fun little play area. My 4 year old says the room was "awesome." The staff was continually helpful and kind. Excellent all around!"

"I stayed overnight in order to visit the local panda centre at Dujiangyan.Room was comfortable and the bed was huge.The breakfast choice was a bit overwhelming .I didn't have a chance of trying out the spa.Local policies include a 500 y deposit. The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. "Clean and spacious room. Good location close, walking distance to city Center and grocery stores. Stayed there for the Cheng du Marathon. There was a free shuttle to the race venue opposite the hotel. Staff used Chinese Google translate to communicate with me and it worked pretty well ! "

"Beautiful peaceful location although a little far from town , with fantastic helpful staff .The rooms were modern and comfortable - especially liked the design of the waterfall shower .Restaurants were a little deserted in the evening . Breakfast was asian and delicious plentiful .Hotel arranged a taxi to take me directly from the airport."
