"Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. "Ideal location outside the city centre with excellent transport links into Bologna and beyond; we did day trips to Rimini, San Marino and Venice with this hotel as a base covering Bologna in the evening. Don’t miss the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca: get the train from the main square! Staff at the hotel were superb and very helpful."

"We stayed in the apartment building behind the hotel. Room and bathroom was excellent, , lift was small, but there are stairs. Breakfast was included, just have to go to the main building and it was excellent, with a large selection and everything we ate was great. "

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. We didn't need the car while we stayed at the hotel, and walked everywhere since it's so close to the old town center. I'd...

"It is a bit far from the city center but since we like walking we went there on foot. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. It is definitely very good for the price. A complimentary bottle of water, tea and kettle in the room would have been nice"
