El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations...

"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad. I asked for the bill and I had to wait also a long...

"Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!"
