"The room was lovely, nice and clean, however there was a problem with the air conditioning which they tried to fix. We were offered a different room but didn’t want the upheaval as we were only there for a few days. The staff were amazing and very pleasant and helpful too. "The hotel is great. It was very accessible and comfortable. The facilities were great and I felt well catered for. As a solo women I didn’t feel super safe in the surrounding location at night. But the location otherwise is great. There are 2 Luas stops very close by and the centre of Dublin is walkable. The Jamieson Distillery is around the corner. For parking I used the Luas park and ride which is €4 per 24 hours and another €2 for the luas to the hotel. "

"The location was brilliant, very easily walkable to many things! The staff were nice. The bed felt a bit like cardboard, the pillows were really hard. The bathroom did seem like it had just been refurbished which was nice but there was works going on that we were not aware of which was a bit noisy. The thermostat was out of order (likely owing to the works). The front door of the hotel also broke at one point. Overall wasn't a bad stay and can see what they are trying to do there. "

"Lovely stay at the Knightsbrook. The Spa was extremely accommodating, I'm near the end of my 3rd trimester and was able to switch out one of the treatments to suit better, Laura is brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised in the Rococo restaurant. As a vegan I did not have high hopes that there'd be options for me but I managed to get dessert and all! Staff in all areas of the hotel are very attentive and pleasant. "
