"Great hotel. Front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. We got to hotel well before check in time and although rooms weren’t ready, they got us all checked in so it would be a quick key pick up later. They happily stored our luggage. We returned a couple hours later to drop our Lindt chocolate purchases and were surprised to hear rooms were ready for us. Cozy rooms, very clean. The location is so easy to get to by public transportation (tram) that connects to easily to main train station, airport and all the sights of Zurich. "
