Once they finally agreed to talk they a male and female met us at the hotel and said sorry not available and not their fault as the “owner” advertises it. We got the apartment at a great price and they wouldn’t Honor it. The apartment continued to stay advertised. They refused to contact Hotels.com.au which we could not do from our phones....
