"The staff was very helpful and the stay was very good and clean"

"Fantastic location, really welcoming staff. I had requested a high floor and this was accommodated, I had a lovely view of the monument from my pillow and the room was quiet and warm. It was looking tired around the edges however and there was only a plug socket at one side of the bed which was inconvenient. Hotel info (wifi, check out time etc) was on the inside of the key card but this wasn’t point out and unfortunately we missed it until we collected it to return on check out. Tea and coffee...

"Amazing location, wonderful view! The balcony was absolutely incredible. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, you will have a great time here! Make sure you don’t mistake the hotel with “Apex” or “Grassroots” down the street. This hotel has a large sign with the full name “Apex Grassroots”. "

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a little dirty around the bath taps the paint on the door frame needed to be repainted and it had the odd mark on the carpet."

Complimentary champagne on arrival is a lovely touch, as is the free mini bar & snacks in room, not often offered by hotels nowadays! Our room was clean & cosy with all mod cons. Stunning views from 7th floor bar. Loved our stay, thank you :)"
