"We decided to stay out of the city of Edinburgh so we could enjoy the countryside. It was a very easy to drive from the airport, easy to park, easy to get around. We were actually visiting universities for our granddaughter, so we had the train and the car for trips to Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews. "Great place to stay! Everything was delivered as promised and the quality is exactly what I would expect. Not everything is tip top shape but it was perfect for us. A place to crash, shower and then hit the golf course. Had trouble getting in, thought the pin code for the lockbox I had been given was wrong. "The property was generally clean (except for beneath the bed!). Simply but suitably furnished. Kitchen was good and very clean. Bed was very comfortable but restricted access on one side. Externally it is situated in a student accommodation area with associated late night noise and rubbish bins everywhere.
