"This property was charming and the staff were all so friendly and attentive! Room was spacious and I do love how the French separate the toilet from the bedroom and shower room! I just wish the tv had more English channels but we did not come there to watch TV anyway! And the hotel was walking distance to small shops and other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! "Incredible hotel. This hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard, especially the Maraval Suite which is perfect for families. The staff at the hotel, especially Laurie, are very helpful. The swimming pool is heated and perfect for both relaxing and swimming lengths. The spa area is very nice too. "Air conditioner was totally inadequate. Wi-Fi was poor. Toilet and bathroom were separate; latter required two steps. People at reception were unfriendly, refused to speak English and were unable to recommend a quality restaurant in Sarlot. Nice pool, good breakfast. Entrance off main road precarious. Four star rating undeserved."
