"It's amazing how only two people (husband and wife - they run this place) can make you feel welcome and like you come to the house of loving friends or relatives! They greet us with the smile, showed to our rooms and offered us dinner even it was 10 pm. When was last time you had such a service!?? Can't not to mention the dinner that was cooked by husband - simply amazing! This place shows you all the best you want in hospitality. Highly recommended, we’ll be back! "

"Cute hotel in a beautiful village. The building and pool area are gorgeous. It’s free and easy to park on the streets surrounding the hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed including a Smeg fridge. The bed was comfortable but the wasn’t great. An overall pleasant stay."

"Incredible hotel. This hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard, especially the Maraval Suite which is perfect for families. The staff at the hotel, especially Laurie, are very helpful. The swimming pool is heated and perfect for both relaxing and swimming lengths. The spa area is very nice too. "This property was charming and the staff were all so friendly and attentive! Room was spacious and I do love how the French separate the toilet from the bedroom and shower room! I just wish the tv had more English channels but we did not come there to watch TV anyway! And the hotel was walking distance to small shops and other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! "A lovely peaceful spot but only 5 minutes from Belves, a fabulous little town. Daily visits by two friendly dogs from the hamlet! A little cool for the pool but still much warmer than the UK! Great communication from the owner."

"We had a wonderful holiday at Le Villageou. The cottages were spacious and very well equipped. There was a large outdoor space with great facilities and a well maintained pool and jacuzzi. David, the host was generous and helpful. We would love to return one day."
