"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! "The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"
