"Lovely place with really helpful staff and good food. We stayed ofernight to meet friends and celebrate a birthday. Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced and breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. There is a good choice of food on the dinner menu. The rooms were good for the price and breakfast was included. "Needed a hotel where I could leave a trailer. Extremely helpful when I phoned and equally helpful in sorting out afternoon tea even though their kitchen was shut. One of the best meals I have had at the restaurant especially when considering the price. Good breakfast choice. Grounds beautiful and resident peacock and peahen. Tranquil. Bed comfortable just needed to be a little careful of low ish beam in room."

"I booked late and last minute through an app, but it was no problem. After over 5 hours of driving I was ready to relax and sleep and Bay Tree was perfect for this. I booked the single room with ensuite so had to climb to the top floor but did this with ease, even with three bags. The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. "A.B&B was a wonderful place to stay. I did not feel like I was staying in a B&B. It was very much home from home feel. David catared to all my needs. Breakfasts were delicious as it was tailered to what I liked. The room its self was cosy with a very comfy bed. David himself was a nice guy, I enjoyed chatting with him.
