"It was a little hard to find, as entry is easy to miss and I wasn't sure which of the cabins it was. But once I got there it was worth the effort: a very nice shepherd's hut, with good facilities and the view was wonderful even in early spring, the only nearby neighbours are the pheasants and deer.Bad: Drive down (or especially back up) is very steep on gravel track so took some practice to get up. "We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "This is the third time I've been to the Hide and it never fails to impress. The hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect for trips out, and the Hide, itself, is perfect for a quiet retreat. We tried the vineyard tour and tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. Thanks to Karen and Simon. We'd come back tomorrow if we could!"
