"The Hotel Milan Speranza Au Lac is a 4 star hotel located by the lake boulevard. The hotel is a reliable choice in the slightly lower end of 4 star hotels. We had a nice two night stay at the hotel. The room and the bathroom were as expected but we were slightly disappointed as there was no balcony and the view was to the building on the opposite side of the street. "It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation"

The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "
