"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"

Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. "This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."
