"Hotel is in an excellent location. Friendly staff from check-in, bar staff, breakfast staff and spa staff. Lovely hotel with pool, sauna and steam room. Spa treatments available too. The bar was very welcoming after a trip to the Christmas market. Great friendly service. Fantastic breakfast. Would stay again."

"Our stay was great. Friendly staff, great services and nice rooms. Only bad point about our stay was that we had a king bed room and it was just 2 singles pushed together. During the night they end up splitting and you fall down the gap. Other than that the stay was amazing."

"Room was great and had lots of space. Clean towels everyday and a little welcome gift of an Apex signature duck. Was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day, to find mulled wine and mince pies for guests to help their selves to. The grass market area is lovely and close to most attractions. The staff were friendly and catered to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. "
