"Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."

"Only one night in Carcassonne and the old city was a bit of a disappointment, thankfully the hotel was lovely - small, family run, and parking was a bit of a faff - but enchanting. Apart from yet another sliding glass door 'covering' the loo, and annoyingly loud music all evening in the bar/restaurant/garden, it was a nice space to spend time. Food options were limited but nice, staff deserve special mention - top notch! Spaniel is your best friend if you have food, cat takes further convincing- would be amazing in summer I think."

"I recently stumbled upon this hotel on our trip across France with my 3 children and we had such a wonderful stay that we will most definitely stay here again on future trips to France. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It has a quiet, calm atmosphere but is super family friendly. I have 3 boys so the pool and the foozball table were huge plusses! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was delightful. We found ourselves deciding to eat both evenings in the hotel restaurant because we had enjoyed it so much. The staff were all so truly accommodating and kind that they spoiled us for all future stays on the remainder of our France trip. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay for this mom of three!"
