"The staff were great but there are too few of them for a larger hotel. The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. Communal areas nice and breakfast good. "

"Situated on the university campus so in effect another student block.Rooms are exactly that but more spacious. Very clean and all you need for an overnight stay. Functional as opposed to anything else. Bed not too comfortable but again clean and ok for a night. Parking on the other side of the next block so very short walk away but the campus felt secure. No hot food on-site for breakfast but available in a student facility a few yards away. Staff on reception were pleasant and helpful."
