"We had a corner room on the third floor which had views down the pedestrian part of Avon Street and James Street, both bustling streets filled with people, restaurants and shops. We were in easy walking distance of many attractions, with many points of interest along the way. The room was airy and clean and breakfast was wonderful."

"Visiting Bath for a rugby match meant the hotel was in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Rex. Easy walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants. Lovely welcome from staff in reception, friendly bar staff - delicious food and food menu in the evening although some choices were not available at 8pm on a Saturday night despite there being only 3 tables filled. Great breakfast buffet. Only complaint for the weekend was reporting the toilet flush/ cistern not working properly...

Hotel is in a great location, right in the town centre. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful cobbled streets with many lovely little eclectic, independent shops in which you could spend many happy hours pottering! "We were able to leave our car and head into the city before check in. Check in was smooth and room was fine. The gentleman serving at the bar was exceptional. He was very welcoming and made conversation with each guest which is a plus for guest. Our room was very hot so slept with windows open and had no issues with road noise considering how close to main road the hotel is. The location is really good with a bus stop opposite so you don't need to walk up the steep hill after a day out...
