"Fantastic location right on the beach. Sea view room worth the extra. Staff were very attentive, wonderfully cheerful & nothing was too much trouble. The room was well equipped, almost too much furniture, & the only criticism was that the mattress needs replacing & was too soft & lumpy. The bathroom was large & well equipped, the small fridge was very useful. Ventana restaurant was superb, delicious food & very good value. "

"We travelled from London to make the most of the sunshine. This was a return visit, as we have stayed before and love its location, 1min walk to pier and beach. On arrival, greeted by a lovely young lady on reception. I cheekily asked if there was a sea view room available, as we booked a standard room, without hesitation she upgraded us to a lovely room with views over the pier and beach, large king size bed and a dressing and seating area. "Room itself was a bit dated but breakfast was really nice and made to order with a view of Poole harbour. Location is 9 minutes walk from the beach but you can’t really see it unless you’re in the dining room or specific rooms I believe "
