"Was a ok sleep but for like $200 a night it was not quite there. The rooms are old, they have dirty glass cups not plastic, kinda nasty. The hotel needs a Reno, not to mention pool was closed, patio was closed and most other amenities were closed. Breakfast was not included for that price. Not impressed really but the customer service was awesome."

"From check-in to a functional bathroom that offers the user a steam-free mirror after a shower. This hotel offers the conveniences of home even if you forget your essentials as the front desk carries those pertinent items. The room was clean, bed comfortable and fluffy pillows. "FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...
