"The hotel its self was wonderful, but was slapped with a bunch of unnecessary fees after checking out even though I called to confirm prior to my booking to disclose my person situation. Was advise that it was all well and fine. Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??"

"The room we stayed in was lovely. I was a bit disappointed to find no soap or face washers in my room. This was only noticed once I was ready for a shower. A simple oversight. The room was lovely, clean and fresh. The location in Williamstown is central and within walking distance to local restaurants. "
