The room was large, comfortable and clean but the Taylor’s Lake area is a bit soulless in my opinion so I got an Uber to the edge of Melbourne to get a meal

First impressions go a long way and unfortunately the girl who checked me in was fairly rude. There was no hello, welcome or anything. Just “what’s your name” and made me feel like I was imposing for checking into the hotel. The tone of voice used during the check in process and facial expressions made me feel extremely uncomfortable and due to that, would likely not return. The property itself was fine, the bed was comfortable and room was clean.
