"We made the mistake of staying here first on our holiday and then all we did was compare other hotels to the Voco! The hotel staff were amazing, rooms were clean with beautiful views! I couldn’t get the washer to work and a staff member came down to the laundry room and started it for me and told me to go enjoy myself. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Apart from the music playing very loud on H4 and the hall ways being full of drunk people and being dirty, left lotto tickets, rubbish and empty cans of alcohol. Really enjoyed my stay and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality. "

"Hotel was convenient to the conference venue but there is little more in the vicinity like restaurants or shops. Room was small but adequate. The bed was well slept in and I would have liked a sheer curtain as well as the blackout, so I could have daylight but without anyone being able to see in. Breakfast buffet had minimal food available at 8.00 am the first day but was better stocked on the second."
