"We love Andaz, and almost always stay here when we’re back in Ottawa. But just know that right now the lot behind the hotel is being bulldozed and dug out (there is also no longer any onsite parking, as a result of this). Construction begins at 7am and is extremely loud. Thankfully they didn’t seem to be doing much on the weekend. I know there’s nothing to be done, this is the downtown experience. "We were very pleased with our stay! This is a nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment fully equipped and very comfy. Cable TV, parking. Beds very comfortable. Hot water, heating worked perfectly. There is no reception/lobby because it’s an apartment so you MUST contact host to be given access. Construction behind the building could be noisy for some, but didn’t affect us at all. "
