The front windows overlook a busy outdoor dining area - we heard "happy birthday" from a large crowd for hours one night. The kitchen window has the trash/recycling under it so you regularly hear very loud crashing noises that way. "The B&B is basically a room block next door to the golf clubhouse, with a beautiful outlook. The highlight of our stay were the superb breakfasts and attentive staff member. There were a number of maintenance issues, from broken tiles across the bathroom floor, blown bulbs, TV not working... But the hygiene in the room was good. "
