"The property is located quite at the center. Train station is at just 10 min walk. The leaning tower is not far but just 15 to 20 mins by walk. Alternatively the bus stop is very near around 90 mts to go to the Pisa tower. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good and has nice options. Pistachios croissant is a must try. "I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, parking, and reception staff. However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

"Pros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car. Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding."

"This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well. "

"It is a fours stars resort, but this is not the case. The hotel is clean, the room big, the breakfast is very good. However it is an old structure that was renewed, but everything is essential not luxury at all to be rated as four stars"
