"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time -...

"The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature."

"I did not know that breakfast area is open for summer only. So, we were given simple breakfast like jam, muffin, yogurts in the room. The stay was chosen because we were on the way from Pisa to Southern Tuscany so we needed 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly."

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places).
