I particular enjoy the infrastructure of locker for food delivery which keep the elegance of the hotel imagine yet provide a practical support to the needs. The connection to a upscale shopping mall should be highlighted. During my stay, it was raining hard. "Superb!! One of the best ever hotels that I have stayed. Selection of western breakfast a bit too little but the quality of food is absolutely wonderful. The room, bed, pillow is very comfy. Love the tea set in the room and we had tea both nights! WIFI speed is really fast. On the first night they served us hot milk and crackers. But not on the second night. complimentary fruits are served daily. No complaints overall. keep it up. I am a frequent traveller to Fuzhou, will definitely come back to...

"Unfriendly front desk staff. Check -in took more than 30 minutes. The room's air conditioner was broken and when we ask to change the room, the attendant argued. In the end, they switched us to a smaller room. The room smell like old cigarettes although we asked for a non-smoking room. This is not a 5-star hotel as advertised. It should be, at a maximum, 2-star hotel. Room very dated with old furnitures and only one plug in the room. As for breakfast, I don't expect much as other people...

"One of the better hotels I stayed in Fuzhou. New, clean and attentive staff. I was originally concerned that I could not confirm a non-smoking room. However, the rooms turned out to be fine -- no smoke smell at all. Surprisingly we had a normal room and still it had an ocean/beach view from the balcony -- Bonus! We had the breakfast and dinner at the main dining hall and it was excellent! Overall, this was a really nice hotel."

"The hotel looks new and is very modern. Staff was very hospitable and ready to help at all times. The only down side was that the breakfast was awful, with very feel options of western food. They did not have butter, bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs or anything you would except to a breakfast on a Hilton Hotel. Basically only chinese congee and soup, and three kids of fruits to choose from. "
